The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading one of the most mission-critical portfolios with over 10 core services
  • Mentoring and guiding four direct reports and a broader workforce of 280+
  • Strengthening systems and accountability to drive risk maturity and operational consistency
  • Championing a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and care
  • Representing the organization with clarity and confidence in regulatory and funding forums
  • Partnering with other Executive Directors to shape organizational strategy and impact
  • Inspiring a culture of continuous improvement in a dynamic and regulated environment
