Job Title: Wellbeing Business Partner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our People & Culture team as a Wellbeing Business Partner. This exciting opportunity will see you support the development and implementation of comprehensive wellbeing services across our varied business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver systems and processes to improve our approach to supporting employee health and wellbeing.
  • Engage with managers and key stakeholders to undertake strategic analysis and drive improvements in health, wellbeing and psychosocial performance and outcomes.
  • Provide high-level support in the delivery of programs and interventions that support employee wellbeing across the organisation.
  • Offer advice on the application and interpretation of relevant legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Engage all levels of the organisation to understand their duties and responsibilities and build accountability.
  • Provide professional, best practice advice and solutions that improve our risk profile to help ensure that employee wellbeing is enhanced through employment.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health profession or a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing wellbeing programs in a complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a health and safety function with specific experience in psychosocial safety and risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk and Workers Compensation legislation.
  • High level attention to detail and focus on risk management.
