Job Overview

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving the organisation's risk strategy and culture. The Head of Cyber, Technology & Data Risk will play a critical role in shaping the organisation's response to cyber threats and emerging technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support in designing policies, frameworks, and interpreting legislation and regulations related to information security, technology governance, and data governance.
  • Work closely with the Chief Risk Officer and senior committees to develop and implement strategic plans for managing cyber, technology, and data risks aligned with the organisation's risk appetite.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and translate complex technical issues into clear, business-focused insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a collaborative risk management culture.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with emerging technologies and provide guidance on regulatory engagement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of robust risk management frameworks and procedures.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
