Job Title: F&B Expert

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced F&B professional to join our team at a luxury hotel in Melbourne. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Tend bar and serve food to guests with a focus on providing personalized service and exceeding expectations.
  • Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and tailored beverages to guests' preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked outlet at all times, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation are met.
  • Create unforgettable memories for our guests through the complete beverage experience.
  • Support the bar team in operational tasks, including stock management and inventory control.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, embodying legendary service and driving future bookings.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will possess relevant skills, qualifications, and personal qualities, including:

  • A current RSA certificate.
  • Relevant experience in a similar F&B role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
