Overview

Join The Ritz-Carlton Ladies and Gentlemen team as a Food & Beverage Service Expert at Atria. You will meet and exceed guest expectations, embodying the legendary service that defines our brand. Atria offers premium dining experiences with elegant service, reflecting the restaurant's bespoke positioning. You will help elevate and innovate service standards while expanding knowledge of wine, bar operations, and modern cooking.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders, offer thoughtful recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate service with impeccable presentation standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimise waste.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, including polishing cutlery and tableware.
  • Manage reservations and guest bookings efficiently.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams for smooth service flow.
  • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
About You / Qualifications
  • Current Victorian RSA.
  • Previous experience in a similar premium dining role.
  • Basic wine knowledge (WSET or similar is a plus).
  • Ability to prepare classic cocktails.
  • Availability for evening and late dinner service.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Proficient in English, confident in engaging guests with compelling storytelling.
  • Passionate about hospitality and committed to career growth.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, solutions-focused, and equipped with a can-do attitude.
