**Job Overview**

F&B and event service experts are the backbone of any successful hospitality operation. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through food and beverage service.

As a F&B and event service expert, your primary objective is to provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and unique.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Setting tables and arranging event materials
  • Communicating with the kitchen and other staff members
  • Interacting and serving guests with a smile
  • Cleaning work areas and supplies

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience

Key Qualifications:

Hotel Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• At least 1 year of hotel industry experience, preferably in a similar role

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
