Key Account Professional
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews and deliver tailored insights to drive business results.
- Collaborate internally to resolve service issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance and manage forecasting through CRM tools.
- Support the reduction of disputes and customer churn.
- Stay informed on industry trends and compliance updates.
About You:
- Commercially minded professional with a background in sales or account management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to support customers and deliver results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-facing sales or account management role.
- Experience working with large or complex accounts, ideally in logistics or transport.
- Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
- Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations and business reviews.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (desired).
