We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our high-performing Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong, multi-level relationships with clients across various industries.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with customer objectives.
- Conduct regular customer reviews and deliver tailored business insights.
- Collaborate internally to resolve service issues and improve customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand service offerings across business units.
- Monitor account performance and manage forecasting through CRM tools.
- Support the reduction of disputes, credit notes, and customer churn.
- Stay informed on industry trends, client initiatives, and compliance updates.
- You will be a commercially minded professional with a background in sales or account management.
- You'll have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support customers and deliver results.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-facing sales or account management role.
- Experience working with large or complex accounts, ideally in logistics or transport.
- Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
- Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations and business reviews.
