Account Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our high-performing Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong, multi-level relationships with clients across various industries.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with customer objectives.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and deliver tailored business insights.
  • Collaborate internally to resolve service issues and improve customer experience.

  • Monitor account performance and manage forecasting through CRM tools.
  • Support the reduction of disputes, credit notes, and customer churn.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, client initiatives, and compliance updates.
About You:
  • You will be a commercially minded professional with a background in sales or account management.
  • You'll have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support customers and deliver results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-facing sales or account management role.
  • Experience working with large or complex accounts, ideally in logistics or transport.
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
  • Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations and business reviews.
