Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of HSE Leader. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in driving excellence across the organization, with a strong ability to mentor and coach supervisors and managers on building a robust HSE culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative HSE strategies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to supervisors and managers on best practices
  • Collaborate closely with local and regional HSE teams to address specific risks and opportunities
  • Support emergency response planning and develop training programs
  • Design and deliver engaging HSE awareness and workforce engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HSE-related roles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
