The ideal candidate will excel at fostering trust and relationships across all levels, have a Certificate IV in WHS, demonstrated experience working in HSE roles on Class 2 projects and possess technical knowledge of WHS, Risk Management, and FSC / ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance HSE performance
  • Support the development, delivery and management of HSEQ Management Plans to maintain current ISO and Federal Safety certifications
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels and lead HSE meetings
  • Deliver internal training to teams and individuals on our HSE processes
  • Conduct audits, inspections, identify trends and compile lessons learned
  • Ensure workers have correct and current WHS related training, qualifications and competencies
  • Assist with incident investigations
  • Guarantee compliance with legal WHS and Environmental Obligations

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in WHS
  • Demonstrated experience working in HSE roles on Class 2 projects
  • Have a solutions-based mindset and attention to detail
  • Australian driver's license
