Reliability Specialist

This role involves supporting maintenance activities, inspecting equipment, and recording maintenance data. The ideal candidate will have hands-on aptitude, strong sense of responsibility, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


The successful candidate will contribute to equipment preparation, reliability practices, and process improvement. They will also accurately capture maintenance-related data in business systems and maintain compliance with HSE and competency standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support maintenance activities including buffing, painting, assembly and disassembly of equipment.
  • Inspect and record maintenance data for operational equipment.
  • Contribute to equipment preparation, reliability practices, and process improvement.
  • Accurately capture maintenance-related data in business systems.
  • Maintain compliance with HSE and competency standards.

Requirements
  • Hands-on aptitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn business systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prior oil & gas or maintenance experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

Training & Development
  • Required HSE training.
  • Forklift Operator and Overhead Crane training (once eligible).
  • Treating Equipment Inspection Course (after six months involvement in servicing activities).
