Job Overview

As a technical expert, you will provide support to outside salespeople, customers, and factory teams in troubleshooting office and field issues. This role involves working under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create control layouts and specifications
  • Prepare submittals as needed
  • Perform material takeoffs
  • Investigate and analyze problems in the office or field, as required
  • Conduct pre-site visits before work is scheduled, if necessary
  • Develop specific goals and plans to organize, prioritize, and accomplish work
  • Stay up-to-date on currently represented products
  • Maintain project files
  • Update AutoCad Blocks and Bluebeam symbols for all represented factories
  • Review and close out projects, as required
  • Perform other duties assigned by manager
Essential Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate level of AutoCad expertise
  • Able to multi-task and make decisions quickly
  • Strong project planning and scheduling skills
  • Available to travel
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam
