Job Title: Business Development Specialist

The NSW Resources Information Management team is seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to collaborate with business stakeholders and internal technical units, synthesizing requirements for proposed initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership Building: Collaborate with business SMEs, system developers, and IM staff to define target outcomes, gather requirements, and secure business buy-in to solutions.
  • Project Development: Define target outcomes, gather requirements, prepare business cases, and support prioritization for projects.

For this role, you will have autonomy in making day-to-day decisions within projects. Previous experience as a Business Analyst is required.
