Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Imaging Technician to support our team in managing, analyzing, and recommending methods for converting external image sources into a standardized repository and format.

Duties:
  • Image Conversion - Manage and analyze external image sources for ingestion into a standardized repository and format.
  • Liaison Role - Act as a technical liaison between internal teams and external partners and customers.
  • Problem Solving - Analyze problems, determine root causes, and communicate findings.
  • Prioritization - Navigate competing priorities to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Workflows - Understand workflows from start to finish for image ingestion and recommend technology and process improvements.
  • Subject Matter Expert - Take ownership of processes and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience or a similar role utilizing related skillsets.
  • Level 1 IT/network troubleshooting of workstations and FTP connectivity.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Desire to learn and improve existing processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills with complex datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office products.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic SQL skills.
  • Ability to adapt and shift priorities as needed.

Benefits:
