Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Centre Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement efficient operational systems and processes to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork and communication.
Manage staff incentives and remuneration packages, including salary negotiations.
Maintain accurate records and reports on centre operations, performance metrics, and staff activities.
Necessary Qualifications:
Proven experience in centre management or a related field, with a strong background in operational management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
Demonstrated expertise in business planning, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organisational goals.
Familiarity with staff incentives and remuneration practices, as well as employment laws and regulations.
