This is an exciting opportunity to lead our team as Operations Manager. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities and overseeing site operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Oversee production management, ensuring targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions with clients and work providers.
- Financial Performance: Ensure site profitability by preparing and reviewing P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports.
- Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site, ensure staffing levels and processes are in place, and proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
- Work Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing WHS policies and procedures, reporting incidents and near misses, and implementing corrective actions.
