Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough underwriting assessments to ensure accurate risk evaluation
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and quality while meeting individual service level targets
  • Approve referrals within designated authority levels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisers and clients
  • Collaborate with reinsurers to stay up-to-date on industry best practices

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in life insurance underwriting
  • Strong understanding of underwriting processes and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of medical and financial principles
  • Strong customer service skills
