Senior Motor Fleet Insurance Underwriter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Motor Fleet Insurance Underwriter to join our team at Succession Partners. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will play a critical role in managing insurance broker relationships and reviewing new business and renewal submissions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers and intermediaries
- Review and assess new business and renewal submissions to ensure accurate and timely underwriting decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement underwriting strategies and policies
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of underwriting guidelines and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in underwriting
- Proven experience in commercial motor underwriting, with a strong understanding of insurance products and risk management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed underwriting decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality underwriting decisions
