Job Description:The Quantum Sensing Division is a world-leading team of experts in quantum sensing, supported by quantum control engineers. We are seeking a Senior Scientist to join our team to help mature software-layer quantum control technology and develop novel quantum control solutions.
  • Develop theoretical models and numerical simulation tools for assessing the performance of quantum sensors in real-world environments.
  • Perform research and development into novel quantum control solutions to enhance the performance of real-world quantum sensors.
  • Collaborate with quantum control engineers, experimental physicists, and sensor hardware specialists to deploy developed quantum control protocols on real quantum sensor hardware.
Key Responsibilities Include:We are looking for an experienced researcher who can contribute to the development of new technologies and advance our understanding of quantum systems. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Physics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline, experience in theory, numerical modelling, and/or optimization of relevant quantum systems, and a strong desire to work with a world-leading team.
