Advanced Quantum Sensing Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the exciting field of quantum sensing. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of technology, pushing the boundaries of what is possible and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experts in experimental physics, quantum control engineering, and sensor hardware specialists to implement cutting-edge quantum control protocols on real-world sensor hardware.
You will assist in the development, operation, and analysis of next-generation atom interferometer-based quantum sensors, focusing on achieving maximum sensitivity and robustness for various applications.
We value collaboration and teamwork, and as part of our team, you will work closely with colleagues from the Quantum Sensing Research Division, the Quantum Sensing Engineering Division, and other parts of the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need a PhD (or equivalent industry experience) in physics, engineering, or a related discipline. You should also have experimental experience in areas such as atom interferometry, cold and/or ultracold atomic systems, and/or quantum sensing in warm atomic vapors.
Familiarity with Python programming for scientific computing would be an advantage but is not essential.
