A highly skilled professional is sought to join our team in the field of quantum sensing.
About the Role- Perform cutting-edge research and development into novel quantum control solutions to enhance the performance of real-world quantum sensors (including atom interferometers and magnetometers).
- Develop innovative theoretical models and numerical simulation tools suitable for assessing the performance of quantum sensors in realistic environments.
- Analyse sensor performance in diverse settings and apply optimisation and machine learning techniques for both performance enhancement.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in quantum control, a strong background in theoretical physics or mathematics, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Requirements- PhD in Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Significant experience in quantum control and its applications.
- Expertise in numerical methods and programming languages such as Python or MATLAB.
