The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, including diary management, email coordination, and travel arrangements. They will also be responsible for managing communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.

This role requires a professional with a strong focus on timeliness, accuracy, and punctuality. The ideal candidate will have experience in an executive assistant role, preferably within a large national or international organization.

Responsibilities
  • Diary management, proactive email management, and travel coordination.
  • Managing and screening incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Scheduling of meetings and events, including liaising with internal and external clients.
  • Coordinate leadership team meetings, including catering.
  • Process accounts/invoices and prepare for signing.
  • Manage expense claims and credit card reconciliation.
Qualifications and Requirements

The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:

  • Experience in an Executive Assistant role managing senior executives, preferably within a large national or international organisation.
  • Demonstrated focus on timeliness, accuracy, and punctuality.
  • Proven capacity to produce high-quality reports and documents in a timely manner for internal and external purposes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required.
  • Ability to manage shifting work priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
