Job Title: Brand and Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Brand and Marketing Manager to join our team at Vicinity Centres. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the centre's brand strategy and annual marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the centre's brand strategy and annual marketing plan
  • Work closely with the Regional Brand and Marketing Manager to develop and implement the centre's brand strategy and annual marketing plan
  • Lead the development of each Centre's Vision Strategy and Action (VSA) planning process
  • Develop commercial strategies including brand awareness, digital, local activations, partnerships, campaigns and promotion
  • Identify opportunities to support retailer business strategies through local marketing plans
  • Manage budgets and ensure effective financial management
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships across the region
  • Collaborate with the Digital and Social Specialist to develop and implement social and digital strategies
  • Provide centre operational support as required
  • Support the localisation of the national ESG strategy

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing and brand management in a retail environment
  • Strong analytical understanding of local customer insights and knowledge of the competitive environment
  • Strategic marketing expertise including data & insights, frameworks, methodologies and channels
  • Marketing legal, risk and compliance knowledge
  • Event Management and Project Management skills
  • Proofreading and Editing Skills
  • Interpersonal and Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Financial acumen and proven performance to drive value and commercial results
