Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. as a Brand, Marketing, and Digital Strategist. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting awareness of our brand image internally and externally, while maximizing revenue and maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote brand awareness through various marketing channels and strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty.
  • Communicate with potential owners to set up preview package sales/tours.
  • Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
  • Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners.
  • Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour.
  • Determine and provide complimentary items to guests as gifts for their patronage.
  • Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
  • Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs, thanking them with genuine appreciation.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
