Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee multiple residential projects from assessment to completion.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian building standards, compliance requirements, and trade certification. They will be responsible for managing subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver top-quality work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing multiple residential projects from assessment to completion
  • Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Keeping projects on schedule and within budget
  • Being the main point of contact for clients
  • Handling challenges as they arise and solving problems before they become issues

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supervising residential construction in the insurance industry, with experience in estimating and leadership skills. They will thrive in this role if they have exceptional time management skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proactive mindset.
