Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

The Opportunity

This is a temporary assignment where you will work closely with senior HR professionals, managers and employees to deliver strategic human resources services, guidance and advice.

Emphasis will be placed on employee relations and managing workplace issues effectively.

  • Support management on employee performance and disciplinary matters.
  • Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on HR related topics.
  • Build strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake projects as required by the HR team.
To Be Successful
  • You should have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, preferably human resources.
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in a dedicated Business Partner role.
  • Prior engagement with unionised stakeholders and workforces.
