Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee a diverse team of recruitment professionals and foster a high-performance culture that drives success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and leverage various sourcing strategies to find quality candidates and drive business growth.
  • Manage the candidate interview process from screening to offer negotiation and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates to maximize performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience leading recruitment or sales teams, exceptional communication and decision-making skills, familiarity with job boards and CRM systems, a drive to succeed and celebrate team successes, strong relationship-building skills, resilience in handling adversity and rejection.
