We're seeking an exceptional Performance and Talent Lead to help us build, scale and evolve our approach to performance management and talent across the globe.

This role will involve refining performance management and talent processes, engaging with senior leaders, collaborating with People Partners and Centres of Excellence, and developing documentation and training.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources, organisational psychology or equivalent, deep knowledge and experience in performance management and talent management, and a passion for people and culture.

The successful candidate will be deeply curious and passionate about people and culture, committed to anti-racism, equity, and inclusion, and enthusiastic about bringing this into their work.
