We are seeking an experienced People and Change Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and develop aligned people strategies.
- Workforce Planning: Develop and execute workforce plans that drive business results and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Talent Management: Identify, develop, and retain critical talent to drive business success.
- Organizational Design: Lead the design and implementation of organizational structures, roles, and processes that enable agile delivery and innovation.
- Change Management: Support the successful execution of large-scale change initiatives that drive business transformation.
- Culture and Engagement: Foster a high-performing culture that drives employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Experience as a People Business Partner or similar role in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong partnership skills with ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and align people initiatives with business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
