Job Description

We are seeking an experienced People and Change Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and develop aligned people strategies.
  2. Workforce Planning: Develop and execute workforce plans that drive business results and improve organizational effectiveness.
  3. Talent Management: Identify, develop, and retain critical talent to drive business success.
  4. Organizational Design: Lead the design and implementation of organizational structures, roles, and processes that enable agile delivery and innovation.
  5. Change Management: Support the successful execution of large-scale change initiatives that drive business transformation.
  6. Culture and Engagement: Foster a high-performing culture that drives employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • Experience as a People Business Partner or similar role in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong partnership skills with ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and align people initiatives with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
