- Promote Hotel Amenities: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, promoting them to guests and exceeding their expectations.
- Be a Local Legend: Share your knowledge of neighborhood hotspots and must-visit gems, enhancing the guest experience and building loyalty.
- Manage Reservations and Accounts: Display proficiency in accurately handling reservations and managing guest accounts, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Innovative Approach: Exceed customer service expectations with a creative and proactive mindset.
