Senior Civil Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Designer to join our team. This role involves undertaking civil detailed design and documentation in accordance with relevant design standards.

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilizing your technical skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results.

  • Develop and implement civil designs and documentation for infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, including quality, costs, and schedules, to meet client expectations.
  • Foster collaboration between disciplines and project team members to achieve consistent and coordinated design and documentation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and documentation of earthworks, drainage, road works, and sewer/water using software like 12D, AutoCAD, PCDrain, and PCSewer.
  • Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • The ability to apply theoretical knowledge of design principles to analyze and interpret information.
  • Strong knowledge of drafting requirements for local authorities and government departments.
  • Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and Codes.
  • Experience in producing detailed engineering design and drawings commensurate with the level of duties.
