We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual with general civil experience to take on design management, project management, and coordination of complex civil projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement solutions to complex infrastructure problems
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior engineers to promote knowledge sharing and professional growth
- Contribute to business development activities to drive company growth and success
Requirements:
For this role, we are looking for a qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia or equivalent, who has experience working on drainage or civil engineering projects. Strong links to the Victorian market and technical expertise in grading and drainage design are highly desirable.
