Highly Skilled Civil and Pipeline Specialist

The role of Senior Civil and Pipeline Engineer is a pivotal position that requires expertise in civil and pipeline engineering work. As the go-to expert, you will be responsible for working with internal and external project teams to ensure that projects undertaken on or near Seqwater infrastructure are technically sound, compliant, and fit for purpose.
This includes leading the development and maintenance of engineering standards that support the safe and efficient lifecycle of infrastructure, while protecting assets from external impacts. You will provide expert advice and troubleshooting to ensure Seqwater's civil and pipeline infrastructure is safe, reliable, and compliant.
In this role, you will review internal and third-party projects, setting engineering conditions to protect Seqwater assets and ensure fit-for-purpose outcomes. You will also develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures that support efficient, safe, and compliant infrastructure lifecycle management.
Additionally, you will act as RPEQ subject matter expert, endorsing engineering decisions, technical changes, and risk assessments aligned with best practice. You will lead investigations and improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure performance, safety, and efficiency through audits and technical studies.
