We are seeking a skilled and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing clear product messaging and narratives, producing high-quality content and collateral, and supporting go-to-market strategies that drive growth, usage and retention.

This is a mix of creative storytelling and hands-on delivery. You will create content and collateral that set us apart, while supporting go-to-market programs that deliver against clear targets. The primary audience is our B2B customers, with a focus on Developer and Media segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop customer-focused product messaging and narratives that clearly communicate value
  • Produce standout content and collateral, including sales toolkits, presentations, case studies, multi-channel campaigns, advertising and training materials
  • Use product and audience data to shape messaging and develop compelling market claims
  • Measure performance, share insights and optimise based on results and business needs
  • Work alongside Go-To-Market to bring products and initiatives to market
  • Partner closely with Sales Enablement to equip frontline teams with the right tools and resources
  • Work with external partners, including creative agencies, to bring ideas and campaigns to life
  • Run direct-to-customer campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, usage and retention
  • Stay across competitor activity and market trends to ensure our activity remains distinctive
  • Champion the customer internally, embedding audience understanding into messaging and marketing activity while ensuring all messaging and creative aligns to brand and tone of voice guidelines
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with digital product or property industry background (preferred)
  • Exceptional content creator, able to produce clear, compelling and engaging material for sales teams and customer-facing campaigns
  • Strong project manager, able to juggle multiple programs and deliver with pace and precision
  • Skilled at interpreting customer insights and pain points and turning them into powerful content
  • Creative and ideas-driven, with a strong feel for market and audience trends
  • Confident using numbers and data insights to shape messaging and measure impact
  • Results-focused, tracking outcomes and improving based on what works
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration
