Job Opportunity

A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual is sought to take on the role of Product Marketing Manager for a leading Power Tool company based in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead key accounts for direct eCommerce sales channel and loyalty programs to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing e-commerce customer-specific strategies to achieve set KPIs and targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Operate and manage eCommerce key accounts, supporting customer-specific strategies to maximize new and increased activities and promotions, fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Support new marketplaces, develop local strategies, and other e-Commerce relation projects to expand the company's online presence.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to execute product and brand strategy topics for products across Australia and New Zealand, leveraging marketing expertise to drive business results.
  • Develop sustainable business relationships with Australia eCommerce key accounts based on the overall commercial strategy, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue streams.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Background in eCommerce, with experience in managing online sales channels and loyalty programs.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon and/or Ebay platforms, with skills in optimizing listings and driving sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite - advanced, with expertise in data analysis and reporting using tools like Tableau or SAP.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills, with ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Understanding of P&L metrics, with ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Results and data-oriented for fact-based decision making, with focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Ability to meet monthly travel requirements and occasional overseas trips, with flexibility and willingness to relocate as needed.
