About the Role: We're seeking a skilled and driven Performance Executive to join our team in Sydney.

Job Description:

  • Implement client media plans with efficiency and rigor.
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across Amazon businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.
  • Utilize WPP Open and other cutting-edge tools to track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with WPP and Amazon team members for seamless campaign delivery and outstanding results.
  • Engage with media partners to build understanding of the media landscape and challenge industry norms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, particularly in Social, Programmatic, and e-Commerce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for innovation and challenging industry norms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the Media industry, particularly in Social, Programmatic, e-Commerce, Data & Technology.
  • MFA Digital Foundations Certification, Meta Blueprint, TikTok & Google Ad Certifications.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Retail and Entertainment category experience.
