Business Performance Leader

The Retail Banking Services (RBS) Finance team requires a seasoned leader to drive business performance and provide strategic advice to the RBS Leadership team and CFO.

This key role will lead four diverse teams: Performance Reporting, Data Analytics, Frontline Reporting, and Line 1 Risk. The Business Performance Leader will be responsible for providing a holistic view of financial performance across all of RBS, as well as supporting the RBS CFO, Performance Management GM, Group Finance, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Provide strategic and commercial advice to senior stakeholders.
  • Support the RBS CFO and other business leaders in achieving business objectives.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve financial performance across RBS.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in a Retail Banking environment.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • High degree of commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a strong track record of delivering against business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
