As a key player in the Retail Banking Services Finance team, this Executive Manager role plays a vital part in driving business performance. We are committed to delivering exceptional governance practices that align with our stakeholders', customers', and business needs.

The Executive Manager of Business Performance is a highly valued position within RBS Finance, encompassing:

  • Leadership of four diverse teams – Performance Reporting, Data Analytics, Frontline Reporting, and Line 1 Risk;
  • Providing strategic advice to the RBS Leadership team and RBS CFO;
  • Supporting the RBS CFO, Performance Management GM, Group Finance, and other stakeholders;
  • Offering a holistic view of financial performance across all of RBS; and
  • A total team size of 17 FTE, comprising both direct and indirect reports.

This challenging role requires commercial acumen, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities. Experience in Financial Services, preferably in a Retail Banking environment, is essential for success.
