Lead Learning and Development Specialist

This role leads the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive review of the agency's capability framework.
- Integrate it with the Learning Management System and performance processes.
- Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to the job family framework.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading a learning team or similar role in a fast-paced organisation.
- Demonstrated expertise in learning strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
- Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models.
This is a key position that drives the agency's strategic objectives through effective learning and development initiatives.
Requirements- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning and development strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
