About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Learning Development Specialist. In this role, you will assist with the provision and evaluation of clinical and non-clinical education and training programs for staff and volunteers. You will support the continuous improvement program for residents and staff, ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.

This position is available for 19.5 hours per fortnight.

About You

To be considered, you will have:

  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver education and training activities with flexible delivery options
  • Sound written and oral communication skills
  • Capacity to achieve goals within set timeframes
  • A sound understanding of and compliance with WHS and risk management standards
  • Sound computer skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Sound relationship building, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
