We are seeking an experienced Learning Content Specialist to design and develop high-quality training materials for complex systems.

Job Overview

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with technical teams to create user-focused learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain training content across multiple systems and user groups
  • Align training delivery with system release cycles using Agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and technical writers to translate technical content into accessible learning materials
  • Establish and manage a governance framework for training lifecycle management
  • Produce content to eLearning standards
  • Engage with external training bodies to ensure broader training alignment
Requirements:
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience)
  • Diploma or higher in ICT or related discipline
  • Proven experience in technical training development within VET or complex environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • NV1 security clearance (Australian citizen)
Favorable Skills:
  • Experience with eLearning content development
  • Exposure to project management tools or systems engineering
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles
