About the Role
Portland Hotel Society is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Community Physiotherapist, you will work with clients in the community, utilizing a proactive and holistic approach to help them achieve their health goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing physiotherapy treatment and assessments, including exercise prescription, pain management, and incident analysis.
- Conducting initial assessments in medical centers and clients' homes, developing individualized treatment plans.
- Reassessing patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Performing simple administrative tasks and session note writing.
About You
We are looking for a Physiotherapist with:
