Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized programs for aged care clients in the community
- Provide physiotherapy services in a variety of settings, including clients' homes and community centers
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments through ongoing education and professional development
- Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
- Postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community
- Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilize required software
- Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of Baptist Care's Christian identity and promote the organization's values through interactions at work
