We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Newark Community Street Team Inc. as a Community Physiotherapist.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physiotherapy treatment and assessments independently, including exercise prescription, pain management, and incident analysis.
- Conduct initial assessments within medical centers and patients' homes, developing an active, individualized treatment plan.
- Reassess patients to monitor progress and adjust their program as needed.
- Perform simple administrative tasks and session note writing.
- 2 years of experience in physiotherapy, with new graduates welcome to apply.
- Passion for working in the community sector.
- Commitment to improving clients' independence through long-term dedication.
- Availability to work with clients in the community, requiring a reliable vehicle.
- AHPRA registration, NDIS clearance, and WWC ready for immediate start.
