About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at St Vincent's Health Australia. As a Physiotherapist - Quality Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to clients on the Transitional Aged Care Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment to clients in the community
  • Lead quality improvement projects within the Transitional Aged Care Team
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client goals
  • Provide clinical supervision to junior physiotherapists and/or allied health assistants
  • Contribute to the education of the Community Aged Care Team and other community teams

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency as a Physiotherapist
  • Current NSW drivers' license Class C or above
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Effective communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to improving clinical practice and service delivery through leadership of quality improvement activities and ongoing professional development
