About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Portland Hotel Society. As a Community Physiotherapist, you will work with clients in the community, providing physiotherapy treatment and assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients in their homes and medical centers.
- Provide physiotherapy treatment and assessments, including exercise prescription and pain management.
- Reassess clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Perform simple administrative tasks and record session notes.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in physiotherapy, with new graduates welcome to apply.
- Passion for working in the community sector and improving client independence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current AHPRA registration, NDIS clearance, and WWC.
