Physiotherapist - Community Health Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our team in Sydney, working in a community-based role. As a Physiotherapist, you will provide quality services to clients in their homes and within community networks, working closely with our community team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate client conditions and needs, developing tailored treatment plans
- Liaise with NDIS service providers and drive internal and external marketing initiatives to build our network
- Work collaboratively with our community team, including plan and support managers and therapists

We are looking for a Physiotherapist with:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience
- AHPRA registration
- Patient, service-oriented, and a 'people person'
- Active listener and critical thinking skills
- A passion and drive to make a difference
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perception
- Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set, and career
- Current driver's license
- Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
