Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lawyer or Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our legal services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality advice and support to small to medium businesses.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with experience in areas such as business sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, trusts, and shareholder agreements. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Eligibility for a current unrestricted Australian practising certificate
  • Willingness to operate a paperless environment
