**Job Title:** RTO Campus CoordinatorThe RTO campus coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the college campus, ensuring that all activities and events run smoothly. They work closely with students and staff to provide a supportive environment that aligns with the college's mission and government legislations.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Coordinating and managing campus operations, activities, and events
  • Coordinating student programs and activities
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance student engagement
  • Assisting with student recruitment and admission processes
  • Liaising between the college and its students
  • Organizing and attending student orientation sessions
  • Ensuring the correct flow of training paperwork, such as enrolment forms, attendance logs, and associated data entry
  • Maintaining and accurately managing confidential information in accordance with the organization's policies and legislative regulations
**Requirements:**
  • Diploma or Higher Education qualification
  • At least 3 years of VET and CRICOS experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in an RTO management role
  • Strong understanding of the National Standards for RTOs (2018)
  • Good working knowledge of the ESOS Act and CRICOS standards
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of student management systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Course coordination and scheduling experience
