The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Campus Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our campuses. This role is central to ensuring the smooth delivery of VET and ELICOS programs, compliance with CRICOS, ESOS Act, and National Code requirements, and providing a positive learning environment for both domestic and international students.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Compliance

  • Oversee daily campus operations, including facilities, staff, and student services.
  • Ensure compliance with CRICOS, ESOS Act, National Code, ASQA, and ELICOS Standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and support academic and administrative teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage validations, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Student Experience & Services

  • Act as the first point of contact for student enquiries and provide proactive support.
  • Manage student lifecycle processes including enrolments, CoEs, orientation, deferrals, suspensions, and completions.
  • Monitor attendance, course progress, and wellbeing of students, reporting through PRISMS as required.
  • Deliver engaging student events, orientations, and induction programs.
  • Ensure timely processing of applications, status letters, certificates, and statements of attainment.

Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate student records in PRISMS and RTO Manager.
  • Manage reception and student services areas, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Oversee housekeeping of classrooms, boardrooms, and office areas.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to support campus operations and growth.

About You

  • Proven leadership experience in an RTO, CRICOS, or higher education/ELICOS environment (CRICOS experience essential).
  • Strong understanding of the ESOS Act, National Code, ASQA and ELICOS compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in PRISMS and RTO Manager and Moodle (essential).
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage compliance documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multicultural staff and student cohorts.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent (desirable).
  • Fluency in English (essential); fluency in other languages highly regarded.
